Admit One

There was a very unusual challenge in last month's Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft magazine - no layers. The idea was to create a card without any additional layers of cardstock and patterned paper; you had to stamp and/or embellish directly on the base card. As you can see I stamped my card with a very detailed stamp that I water coloured and then spritzed with fluid ink. I probably could have left it as is but I couldn't resist a few travel-themed trinkets and a bit of ribbon. Give it a go this weekend!

Stamp - Darkroom Door
Ink - StazOn timber brown, Tattered Angles black cherry glimmer mist
Embellishments - Collections antique postcard, ticket stub, coin charms, key, silver ball chain, old postage stamps, ribbon
